Low Pressure Soft Wash Cleaning

Now I know what you are saying. Although pressure washers are great for cleaning many things. Are you sure you should be pressure washing awnings?

In truth we are not using high pressure. In addition to that. We are using a very expensive steam pressure washing unit. Unlike many other pressure washing systems this is a custom made (for us) German system that allows us to lower the output of pressure and gallons per minute when needed. We also perform a couple of other items before perform our soft wash. 

First, we chemically scrub the awning to loosen the dirt, mold, mildew, Etc. Free from the surface then we use Low-Pressure Steam to rinse the loosened dirt free from the awning.

Above all, without scrubbing of the awning with a proprietary blend of soap. This process would not work and you would be left with an awning that either doesn’t look clean or has been damaged. This does happen when the person has to use too much pressure to overcome the fact they did not  scrub the awning to loosen the dirt free from the surface first.

Also without using our low-pressure steam pressure washer you cannot expect to achieve a perfect result either. Just like when you wash anything if you use hot or warm water it cuts the dirt bette.r This is also true when it comes to cleaning awnings.
