Some of our steps include scrubbing the awning first with a special blend of soaps made just for cloth and vinyl awnings using synthetic horse hair bristle brushes to loosen the dirt from the awning then we do use a power washer but only on the lowest setting we have in conjunction with high heat (up to 212 degrees). This enables us to give you a great cleaning.
